Sorry John2009, I could not disagree more. Colonial Automotive is the premier shop in Cookeville. Everyone there is honest and friendly. A plus work for a very fair price and always done way more quickly than I ever imagine. The only place I will ever take my and my families cars.

Had a very terrible experience with them. When I was making an appointment with them, the lady who answered the phone told me she could not understand me for several times. Although my spoken English is not so fluent, nobody else in the town whom I talked with can not understand me, even at other auto repair shops. This is obviously an excuse. I felt discriminated and offended. When I arrived...
