Actually she’s all wrong the reason is he is the only guy working there as the store owner he is very busy. And makes a lot of phone calls, the reason it went straight to voicemail is because not that he didn’t want to speak with you but because he was on the phone with other callers including buying parts, dealing with customers who actually come into the store, etc. He does a great job with...
