This is the worst service I have ever experienced. They have had my vehicle for months and still no repair! They keep on telling me the same story, "Oh, it will be ready next week" and nothing. They are also extremely expensive and are unethical. They have kept me on the phone for half hours and hang up on me constantly while placed on hold. If you're in need of your car fixed in a timely manner, this is not the place to go. My car has been at collision palace for 11+ weeks & is still not fixed. I have filed a BBB complaint which they did not respond to. I'm in the process of fililng a complaint w/the state's attorney & looking into a small claims case.
