I've lived here for about 12 months, and it's the best community my family and i have ever lived at. I love the manager(yvonne) the ---. Manager(Sandra), and the leasing consultant(Erwin). Maintenance is always on time to correct the problem when needed. I'm a leasing consultant myself and i've been in the business for about 4 years now and i recognize excellent customer service when i see it.

Ok ive been a resident there since the complex opened. I havent had any problems. Well only with the old manager sharon.. She was not a communitive person but since shes been gone its paradise. Maintence is always on time. Just keep your mouth shut,and you wont have any problems.... Respect every one as you would want the same respect towards your self.........

CP is a great place to live! Yes, its tax credit and their some people on housing, but its a nice complex. I've been here since it opened and yes, we have lots of kids. But they are all not bad. The management people have always been nice. Sharron and the girls were on top of things. Even though now its tougher with some refugees Yvonne and staff are excellent.....keep up the good work.
