The fact I have to come to a campus for a password reset that was once done over the phone is ridiculous! Especially for a student like me that takes online classes & pay out of pocket . Now my payment is considered late & I have to wait thirty mins for a PASSWORD REST !
Not the best choice but due to having a crazy work schedule it works out for me, the financial aid dept. Had no clue how to help i had to figure it out myself, books are expensive for the condition they offer them, and for the classes im taking they keep changing the instructors constantly, im stuck until i can get the credit for this class then transfer

I think that CSN is a great place to go to school. But I do have a problem with the book situation. I had to pay $134 for a Math book that came on loose 3 hold punched paper, with no binding. When I tried to sale it back to them they wouldn't accept it because I had removed the plastic wrap on it. That is a large amount for a book that you are required to have.
