An easy choice

A wonderful place to stay with comfortable beds, the warmest hospitality and a fantastic breakfast. If you have any reason to spend the night in Ashland (or anyplace else in the area-- including Mohican State Park) do yourself a favor and book a room there. Surpise in Ashland, Ohio

I had the great fortune to spend the evening at College House B&B. What a treat. The hospitality of the owner, Kathy Kollar was just wonderful. The accomodations were clean, the home lovely and my stay way too short. I will be back, and highly recommend an overnight stay when in the area!

There was no B&B selection so I had to mark hotel. College B&B is a wonderful place to stay. You are treated with warmth, care, and friendship. These are hard qualities to find today.
