Great staff, great specials almost every day of the week. Went there for almost 3 years while going to UNCG. It's a bar, and as such can be a bit smoky and dirty, but it is what it is. If you've a problem with that, maybe you don't belong in a bar. Maybe you should stay at home and watch the friday night movie with your mommy.
An old school neighborhood bar - Yes almost everyday they have cheep one dollar beers and that's great. But one should take note that all their beers are on the domestic side...meaning that for the most part, they all taste the same. Aside from that its a small hideous neighborhood bar with no food! If you want something to soak up some of that alcohol, there's usually a hot dog stand out back...
