I would really like to rate this company with a -1 star but that is not allowed. First of all it's obvious the only 5 star rating is put here by this company.

Their staff is unprofessional and rude.

I had a random call from ""Shane"" demanding a small amount when I stated I did not think he was correct and that bill was paid in full (meanwhile looking up my online banking account- it was). I had the worst experience with this company. I called about a discrepancy that was the fault of the Collection Bureau. I spoke to BETTY who was very rude and accused me of providing bogus information, which was untrue. After further investigation on my part, I discovered that it WAS an error on their part....the Collection Bureau was charging me for an error that was theirs, not mine! If I was allowed to speak without being rudely interrupted by Betty, we could have solved the problem. But she wouldn't speak to me like a civil human being. She hung up on me twice. First they call and its an automated system that sounds just like the kids school automated system. then some guy comes on the line threatening to sue me for a debt that's not even mine! he was totally rude and in the end he hung up on me. I sure hope someone somewhere teaches this guy a lesson in manners! They think they are professional but they act like a bunch of hired thugs! Ive seen mobsters with more manners then this company's employee's. You catch more fly's with honey then vinegar and I guess that's a lesson they have yet to learn! Its really a shame the city of Nampa hires these...
