Very generous with their salsa and corn chips.
Their margaritas during happy hour are a fantastic deal!!
Fresh food and friendly service. Pet and child friendly.
Will go there repeatedly.

Colibri Mexican Cuisine is right next to the lake with great views. Customer services was good. The food was slow and just ok. Disability access provided. Disability parking was next to impossible to fine.

Mediocre compared to other Mexican restaurants. The servers are not very polite and the margaritas are always weak or watered down. The drinks are better outside of happy hour but I'd go to another restaurant before here. The only plus is the great location on lake Baldwin.
