I would never recommend Coit to do anything! They were suppose to call prior to doing the work to agree on whether the work would be done or not. I never got a call and the charged $286. I called to speak to Pam Peters and she said the could give me Coit Bucks. What good is that when I would never use them again.
Buyer beware. Or should I say run

We met Coit at the Garden and home show in 2012. We scheduled an estimate in early March. We told them that they'd need to be here in the morning of 3/31. The rep called at 7:30am and woke us up- told us he'd be here between 11:00-12:00. Why did he need to call us at 7:30 to tell us this? Anyway, we waited until 12:40 and called Coit wondering where the guy was? They said they were having...

My experience with Coit was a pleasure. When they were finished my tile looked better than it has ever looked. It is much easier to clean now and I'm happier with how it looks after I mop. I will call them every time I want my floors done.

This is the company I have ever dealt with. The only nice thing to say is the ladies that answer the phone are very pleasant. I don't think the salesman had a clue what he was speaking of. He not explain the process of the cleaning and was very uncomfortable when I asked "what is ESF ?". I called and asked that the sales manager contact me. I had to call 5 times before the man would call me...
