Manager refused to give me my prescription after eye exam, claiming that I was going to 'go buy glasses on the internet'. Yes, of course, exactly as I am entitled to do according to Federal Trade Commission. You have a legal right to your prescription, everyone!! I went to the 14th st. location and they confirmed that they are required to disclose prescriptions to customers and that they would try to help, but when they called the manager she then refused to fax it over to them so that they could give it to me. Lodged a complaint with the FTC and the BBB, we'll see what comes of it.
Don't listen to the reviews from ""mella219"" - clearly this review was written by someone that works for Cohen because if you click on their profile you'll see they wrote a great revew (with 5 stars) for 2 different Cohen stores on the SAME day (april 20, 2011) . sounds like somebody wanted to up their ratings and mislead the customers.
