Please do not ever use Cohen's Fashion Optical especially the one at the South Shore Plaza in Braintree. They clearly don't know what it means to provide great customer service and are not forthcoming with their customers. Lazy service when not purchasing

argh. I can't seem to get my prescription from them. Very enthusiastic in helping PURCHASE from them, but not at all interested in helping to send/fax me my prescription. Said "they would get back to me at THEIR earliest convenience". double argh. Would not recommend, and I concur with the quality of the lens, mine are far more scratched (after ~6 mo.) then any pair I've previously owned. ... more
