Slow, Rude, & Food "Just OK"

I'll never go back which is a shame b/c I love Cuban Food. The service was INCREDIBLY slow...never could get our waiter's attention, he never apologized for the service, the bartender offered to help us at one point and then I guess decided it wasn't his job and was very rude. The hostess was nice...that's about the only nice thing I can say.
