Got to the hotel about 8:30 at night and the lobby worker was sitting down on her phone, then once we got to our room we were to close to the stairs so we heard the door slamming until about 12 that night then it started again about 4:30 the next morning! The staff is exceptional!! They were very helpful & friendly. The rooms were very clean & comfortable & the bar was an excellent place for my husband & I to hang out in the evening.

Big lake smells like oil and rooms are over priced for location but compared to the competition this room was great the gas industry has used so many rooms the price has gotten out of control

First time to Big Lake, for oil & gas business obviously. I picked this because it was the newest place that looked clean - and not a man camp.
PROS: The room was nice, spacious, and clean. Good tv w/ Direct TV service.
Good size desk, and AC is awesome. They have a lobby bar & bar food, in addition to a mini store providing anything you might have left at home.
Room was cleaned everyday.
