The office staff is highly bureaucratic, mostly inept, rude and fragile. Concerned only about financial issues and insurance information. Will not recommend to anyone including to work colleagues within my large corporation. I was referred to Dr. Burns by my actual eye doctor for a second opinion and did not even opt to complete their required numerous bureaucratic pre approval screenings even...
