Dr. Lombardi is great, however receptionist is awful! So bad that my family and I have decided to switch Drs. First impressions mean a lot, and when she is the first person you encouter each visit or call to set up an appointment it makes you dread having to go. I actually asked to speak to the Office Manger....turns out its her!!

Dr. Lombardi is very compassionate and cares about his patients health an concerns. You will feel very comfortable in his care. . Dr. Lombardi spends as much time as needed to Listen and tend to his patients. He is the best!

Debbie the secretary is also a sweetheart.

Been very sick and to be honest, I don't have much time or money to go to the doctors. Payday was today so I called to make an appointment during my lunch and phone rang busy...Tried again around 2:30 same thing. Somone finally answered at 3:20 and said ""You're calling after 3pm on a Friday, we're closed on Saturday, so NO you can't be seen!"" She didn't even give me a chance to explain what was wrong! I called my old MD who is a 2hr drive, told him my symptoms and he said get to an ER ASAP!

I HATE this office. I only go here because of it's location. I never see anyone under 70 in the...

Make Plans to Wait and Wait and..........

They had me wait for 40 minutes. When I asked how much longer it would take they said I was next (no apologies or reasons given for the long wait). I waited another 10 minutes and told the receptionist I had to go. Well of course she was just going to put me in the examination room at that ""very moment"". I left anyway knowing that I would still wait except in the examination room. How stupid do they think people are? I wouldn't bother doing business with them unless it was an emergency or the last choice you had for a doctor.
