I have been here 3 times and each time has been far less than impressive. They are extremely slow to acknowledge you or sign you in. My first appointment was just an exam and X-rays and I was there for more than 2 hours. On my second visit they told me they had lost my files (and I had only been there a week previously.)

My third visit she showed me my treatment plan (which they had given me ahead of time,) with the total they told me I was going to pay. Then tells me insurance won't cover one part of it so it's really going to be X amount of money MORE. I only had enough money for...

Very poor service. I waited for a long time. Staff is cold, seemed like they are not happy there. Uncaring. Very stressful place to be. The doctor looks tired and rushing through the exam.

Very disappointing, 2 appointments to get a cleaning and still waiting on x rays.
