After touring the City Center Club One, you might
feel you're joining a spa rather than a gym. The
women's locker room is worth the trip in itself.
Clean and cushy, the locker room houses a large
bubbling Jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna and a
corridor of roomy, private showers. The make-up
mirrors, hair dryers and free bath products
encourage lingering and relaxing after a workout.

I had to write a review only because this gym has 5 stars which I cannot understand. It is mediocre at best. I have been working out for years and have had gym memberships in 5 California cities, Denver, Chicago, and NYC.
This gym has a decent but small pool, basic but adequate weight machines and free weights (not extensive by any means and I find myself missing certain machines my gym in... more

I really love the spin classes at Club One. The instructor has a ton of energy and is always switching up the ride. I also enjoy the Conditioning Classes. Overall my experience at Club One has been good.

A great range of workout options to fit your style!
