i just got my navel pierced at cloud nine tonight and i was very very pleased. i had gotten my navel pierced before at a different location and had a less than stellar experience and less than acceptable barbel and cleaning instructions. aaron at cloud nine was fantastic. he has a very soothing voice, very helpful to those who are nervous or if it is your first piercing. he was very calming... more

Read the Cloud 9 reviews and decided that was the atmosphere I needed for my first tattoo. Getting a tattoo for the first time at 36 was scary, but Marcos calm personality made me feel better.
