A couple years ago I called Clog Pro when the basement shower was not draining. They came out right away and fixed the issue. The plumber noticed that the downstairs had a waste pump and said "If this unit ever give you trouble, we work on them". I attached the magnet to the fridge "just in case".

This past weekend "it" happened...with a house full of guests, the aged pump in the downstairs...

Great company and great customer service. From the moment I made contact with the gals in the office to the time I signed the check, for payment, we were treated excellent. More businesses should take note from Clog Pro on how to treat their customers. Will definitely use again.
