After reading the other reviews, it is apparent to me that BBQ ribs is one of those dishes where there is a wide range of expectation. That being said, let me add my personal opinion.

First off I did not have bbq sauce on my food. I think good bbq does not need sauce. With that said there pulled pork really needed it. It was a little dry, had no bark, smoke ring, or seasoning.
The chicken breast was very hard to eat. The meat was dried out. The pasta salad was drowned in Italian...

For a town the size of Blaisville I would call this a good place to eat. I had the half rack of ribs and it was more than enough and they were tender, well cooked. The only drawback is that they smothered the meat in bar-b-que sauce which, at least for me and my associate, ruined the ribs. If I...

Best barbecue I ve found in PA. Excellent sauce. Excellent prices and super friendly staff even 30 minutes before close. Even got pulled pork for later!

Good Barbeque.It is a little bit of a haul from the city of Pittsburgh (about an hour or so), and worth the looooong drive...but overall the selection is good, and very tasty.
