I learned to love golf on this course

With the help of Mr. Powell and Renee I learned to love golf. The more you play this course the easier it gets. The holes are very well laid out for the thinkers. Water comes into play on several holes making you think before picking a club.The scenery is beautiful and to see deer run across the fairways is a real treat. The greens are fast and challenging.

Clearview was the first and thus far, only golf course designed, built, owned and operated by an African-American and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
