The overall experience was outstanding. The insulation removal and install team were the best insulation team I have ever had in my homes. The mold remediation and encapsulation team was outstanding. Daily communications from the team lead was great. James met with me each morning to explain what was going to happen and then throughout the day he gave me updates. The jobsite was always clean....

Incompetent, Dishonest, Scam artists.
We had to provide all of the building supplies, we cleared the furniture, dishes, and contents of the kitchen cabinets. We pulled up the carpeting, padding, and upper cabinets. We did the first coat of paint on all of the walls and ceilings. We hired a friend of theirs to do a final coat in addition to any touch ups.

This company went above and beyond in everything they did. They always responded to my phone calls and did everything very professionally. I really enjoyed the experience and wish they did more things so i could hire them again. Wonderful job!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot give a 0 star rating. Company was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them to do a home mold inspection. Showed up on time, but the only equipment used was a thermal imaging device claiming that he could detect mold inside walls. Never took samples of the mold he found. Was told that he forgot his equipment to do an air quality test and that we would have to call back to schedule an additional appointment. When we called to make the appointment he told me that they do not do air quality testing and that I should buy a test from Home Depot. When he finally got...
