I brought an amp in to be fixed. I specified (in writing) on the work order to be called with the repair estimate before authorizing the repair. Not only did they not call me but when I came in the work had already been done without my approval. Bubba Clawson stated the cost will be $75.00. I've shopped at Clawson for years, even when they used to be at 5 points. I have never had a bad experience there. Granted sometimes a new employee may need more experience in customer service, however that applies to all businesses. Sounds to me like an impatient customer wanting something for nothing, you must have drank the coffee.
