We fired CCPM in October 2009 and took the owner, Kay Grenz-Koch, to small claims court (see Larimer County records) and won. A few facts about our experience with her:

--Got herself hired in January 2009 by the HOA president who posted a letter on every owner's door stating HOAs are illegal and oppressive
--Issued ZERO covenant violations during her 10 months managing our property
--Turned over ZERO past due accounts to our collection attorneys
--Convinced the Board President to let her be the sole signor on our checking account
--After the Board President was removed, the new Board...
