There have been numerous times I call to make an appointment and sit on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Then when they make an appointment, I find out after the fact that they did not set me up with a doctor but rather a physicans assistant. Yet they call them doctors? Isn't that against some law? No hurry

Do not enter this place unless you have two to three hours to spare. Have been twice, albeit with no appointment, they are 'Urgent Care' afterall, first time waited two hours before seen by Doctor second time I gave up after an hour and twenty minutes and when to ER. There is NOTHING 'Urgent' about this place
