I agree completey and then some with the 1st review. Trying to get these people to service our appliance was something out of a Carol Burnett sit come. Lazy, sloppy and rude definately are right on adjectives. Even with the manufacturers of the appliance calling them brought 0 results. I definately would not use this company for service repair.
