It`s tough to distinguish Clarke`s, a study in oak and brass, from many other area pubs, but a large clientele of locals and tourists doesn`t seem to mind. Pub munchies include chicken quesadillas, bacon-and-mushroom cheeseburgers, tuna melts, and, of course, nachos.

A place. Expect the average entrée to cost $8 to $12.

Every year we go on a business trip and the first stop for drinks is none other than Clarke's. I don't know why it's getting all these bad reviews. I would think that the 1 and 2 star ratings are coming from those people who go to a bar and sit in a corner and sulk about how much their life stinks and why they can't meet people. My business partner and myself destroyed this bar the first time... more

I had take-out so I can't really speak on the service but the hot wings were awesome and the fries were fantastic..I definently reccomend the take-out..!!!!!!!

It's almost guaranteed I'll have a good time at Clarke's - it's easily my favorite hang out in Boston. Maybe I'm biased because I have so many awesome memories, but I definitely highly recommend going! Esp. for after work social gatherings.
