Real story on JM Cruz transaction

The truth on Mr. JMCruz's bad review.

We had the excavator (Caterpillar 305CCR) on rent with a local customer. JM Cruz inquired to buy the excavator. The rental customer told us, "No, I am not going to buy the machine, it is too small." Mr Cruz then need a week or two to scratch the money together to buy the machine.

The day before JM Cruz was supposed to come up to buy the machine, we called the rental customer to swap the machine out. Our rental customer did a 180 and said, "I've changed my mind, I'm buying it." We called Jorge Cruz and said, "We hate to tell you this, but the rental customer has decided to keep it." JM Cruz flipped his lid, and went on a wild internet bashing spree.

Mr. Cruz DID NOT 1. lose money, 2. Buy a lemon 3. drive up from Jersey and waste a day. He is just tremendously immature, and slanderous.

We sell 100's of machines a year to very happy customers. It is impossible to make everyone happy. Especially young, immature people like JM Cruz.

Scam Artists & Untustworthy

Avoid doing business with these SCAM ARTISTS. Im a Jersey based company looking to purchase a Cat 305Cr excavator. After seeing their add online for a particular machine I gave them a call and tried to arrange for the machine to be shipped to NJ and i agreed to pay for the machine when it arrived with a Cert. Check, Money Order, or Card. The Owner Adam is quite the scammer and requested i sent the check prior to shipping.. (of course i wasnt giving a certified check that i cant cancel to a company that i didn't do business with in the past).. So i agreed to drive up and pay for it as the machine was loaded for shipping so i could install a gps tracker on it to ensure it would indeed be shipped to my location after i made the payment.. it also gave me a chance to look at the machine;)... Here is the sneaky part, Adam (the owner) then makes one of his henchmen call me and he said "the machine is being bought by the person selling it.".... What he wanted was the check and keep the machine if it even existed... PRETTY GOOD SCAM ARTISTS!!! BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Great guys, growing business

I've bought, sold & rented with the Clarks since day one. I'm guessing the other guy had sour grapes because he did something dumb or wrong. Go on their website, look at their inventory, and that will show you how much better their equipment is than the "big guys." It's all brand name, Cat, Komatsu, & Deere, low hours, well maintained. If they were no good, they wouldn't be growing as fast...

I bought an excavator off them. They actually changed the oil and filters without being asked AFTER I had paid for it. How often does that happen? ( I was happy)

Poor selection, poor equipment

This place has such a limited selection of equipment and it all seems to bee in poor repair. I rented there once, wont do it again. I would stick with the big guys that know what they are doing like NES or Sunbelt rental
