When I pay almost 200 for a room I expect a nice room. The tv was outdated. Don't think you can even buy that kind anymore. Unwatchable. For the price it was not a good room. The worst on my trip.

Desk staff was friendly. The first day we slept in so we have no complaints about housekeeping. However, the next day housekeeping made our bed but failed to clean the room. That same day clean toweling was promised but never arrived. Another day, housekeeping failed to make the bed and failed to clean the room. Very pleasant staff everyone was helpful and very polite. The location of hotel was perfect close to the thruway and the shopping mall right up the street from the hotel was great. Was a little disappointed with the hotel had that old smell as soon as you walk in. The breakfast was horrible I stuck with the yogurt and fresh fruit.
