This place is a disaster, dirty and smelly and vile. The staff is indifferent, the food is dreadful. The pool is filled with green slime. There was no hot water for days, and our meeting was repeatedly disrupted by a buzzing noise from a utility closet. Sleep in your car or beneath an underpass before you stay here

This hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed! We checked in on a Friday night. One of the 2 elevators was broken. After doing the car/luggage shuffle I walked back in to the room. I noticed 2 cups on the nightstand. One was filled with molding chew spit!!! The other some kind of liquor. Apparenty housekeeping missed it.... more

It would be difficult to pick just one area to complain about this hotel. It was the worst experience of any hotel I have ever stayed at, and I cannot believe it is a Choice Hotel property. I bragged that at least all Choice Hotels are clean. Not anymore. BTW, we were there to see Annie at the theater in Jackson. The cast was staying there, too, and EVERYONE was talking about how awful this... more
