We stopped at this hotel on our way to New England and had some of the best customer service anywhere!
The manager is a great guy who responded quickly and decisively to our needs. We were amazed at their service and willingness to make us comfortable! We would make it a point of staying with them, again!

Stayed with family evening before early flight. Transportation to and from airport was fast, prompt and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Internet, continental breakfast- all satisfactory. Great value for stay and fly option.
Will certainly stay at this hotel again,when we next fly out of Buffalo.
