The people who actually take care of the patients at this place are great, but the managers all sit in their offices with their noses in the air. One of them ( the loud one with the bug eyes) actually complained to me that my mother in law kept coming in her office and bothering her every five minutes to talk ""nonsense"" to her and she moves her papers. She has dementia and that's what these people are supposed to specialize in. I pay over $3,000 a month for her to live there. As far as I'm concerned she can bother her all day long. I wish I could talk to each of you personally. There are so many things wrong with this facility and its staff. My father was neglected. We would find him in soaking wet cloths, usually not his, and would have to change him ourselves. They do not have a bathroom schedule, so usually most residents were wet and needed changing to dry cloths. Staff members...
