This is an a-ok Claire's. It's in the big outdoor shopping mall. We took my niece here to get her ears pierced. The staff were pleasant, patient, and friendly. She explained everything thoroughly...

Daugher's ears were pierced here. Ear ring fell out a couple days later... they re-pierced it with no questions asked. Great customer service.
