Wish I would have took the time to look for better hotel.. The ac was leaking and the TV didn't work.. The worst had to be the bathroom, the toilet seat fell off and the bathtub was black! Very gross.. Not the best experience, staff was ok though. it was just all I could find last minute, I will never stay here again

The Civic Center Inn in Santa Ana is an okay accommodation option for travelers on a tight budget. Cleanliness could be held to a higher standard at this hotel, and the guest room furnishings and carpeting are all in need of a major upgrade. This place is disgusting. TV didn't work. No phone. Toilet didn't flush properly. Lots of noise in the middle of the night.

The room was neat and clean. But, several lamps were broken in the room, the TV did not work, and the shower was broken, but, the tub worked. The hotel was inexpensive, but booked, so we could not change rooms. The bed was very comfortable.
