Overall the building is nice, layout of the apartments are nice and the maintenance staff are friendly and prompt. Amenities are superb. Price is slightly above what I've seen for their competitors. My two complaints are the elevators are constantly down and in a high rise it's very time consuming. I've been late numerous occasions to work, events, fitness classes and paid late fees and extra...
