Called my home owner warranty to report an issue with my air conditioning. They sent out CSI. As the previous review noted, they came on time, however, the service tech was as friendly as a fly. The tech tech tells me it's a burnt wire. Ok, I havent' been school to learn how to work on an AC unit, so what do I know. He says the unit should cool by tomorrow, slowly because it's 95 degrees...

They replaced my evaporator coil in my unit and continued to have leaking issues. They came out and did a leak check and found nothing. Freon was low after 3 days of the repairs and they failed to set up an appointment to run a pressure check to see if it was in my lines.
