This big new east-side club seems to be booking a lot of the big touring bands these days and is giving Club Congress a run for its money. With a great sound system and lots of nightly specials, this place packs in the crowds. Be sure to check the calendar while you're in town.

This venue is now called City Limits. I saw Arrested Development there last summer, and the experience was pleasant overall. However, the location is inconvenient compared to places downtown, and the all ages element means that if you're drinking, you have to sit behind netting pretty far away from the stage.
