City Lights on Figueroa is a racist white persons only community, I have not seen a non white person ever at this apartment complex. Even when you call the receptionist, You can tell she's a very serious humdinger, whipper snapper.

and thats my biggest beef - they rent the majority of their apts to usc students. Mom and dad come in to sign the lease and thats the last time they will be there until their kids graduate or flunk
