You'll be pleasantly surprised, as was I, if you ever stumble across eating at the City Hall Cafe - their sandwiches are pretty good. Convenient if you're in the area, and affordable.

A real jewel downtown. Makes some of the best breakfast and lunch items and is reasonably priced. I always stop by when I'm in Fresno. Owners are friendly and be sure to check out their specials, they change daily and are all made fresh. Only problem is a tiny one, the number 48 posters on the wall.

Amazing coffee in the morning.

cheap and good eats located on ground floor of Fresno City Hall- you never know what local celebs you'll see having a nosh there! Absolute must for anybody who's anybody who works downtown.
