First of all, the company "forgot" to clean the entire carpet. They were supposed to return to clean it again, but of course no one showed up nor did they bother to call me to tell me that they were coming late. I was then promised a refund by the technician but that of course also did not happen.

i was quoted a price for my carpet to be cleaned by a woman over the phone. Two men showed up and said that price was for basic carpet cleaning which would do no good and i needed the "deep cleanning" so that the carpet will look "brand new". This of course was much more expensive. The job was originally supposed to cost $150.00 and turned out to be $260.00. I was upset when my carpets looked...

This is the worst company ever. I would bet whomever wrote a good review worked for the company. They put out coupons for $49 carpet cleaning.. granted, we know when they get there they try to get more money.. our rooms fit the size requirement and were put it one year ago.
