Excuse me, but both of us have a pretty good understanding that aside from the $2.00 statement fee, and never had to deal with overdraft fee, we thoroughly read through and understood "free checking" just fine. Some possibilities to consider...

I would suggest if not already enrolled in their online banking program to enroll. You should be able to then look at an image of each deposit (in the last 18 months) and see what was written and see if it matched your records and the statements.
