Keep a register and read bank disclosures

If you read your bank disclosures at account opening, you would have read that ATM deposits can take an extra day to post. They will NEVER take the ATM deposits out before 3pm. This is why legally the bank is required to post signs around the branch that states that deposits received after 3 pm may be counted for the next business day. The ATM gets settled once a day. I was on the phone again first thing this morning. The refund that the manager promised me for 3 of 5 fees had yet to appear in my account. They assured me that 117.00 would be put back in my acct. today. TEN DAYS LATER!!!! This is no different from the other rip off/scam reports about our good friends at Citizens Bank. They have had me dancing like a trained poodle for 9 days now. Seems the memorial day holiday provided an excellent opportunity to steal yet more money from honest hard working people.
