I must say I have to agree with these reviews I went in to talk to a banking representative about creating foreign currency accounts and I received yes or no answers to questions that required elaboration and I was also given conflicting information that is posted on their website. Thanks to this branch I am deterred from opening an account here. One positive note, they are very good at doing...
Tellers are very un-knowledgable about the easiest things. They are very badly trained by Citibank. Unfortunately even managers also have been unable to help me at times. Records are not kept well either. I'm not happy with this branch at all. I also try my best to avoid going there. I'm still with them because my husband has had them for 25 years. We also have a credit union.
