Citibank a truly chocking bank. Citibank lost $10,000 for me in 2006 and not making any efforts to find it in 3 months. After reporting them to the Banking Ombudsman of Australia they 'found it'. It was wrongly deducted.

Now they refuse to accept a cancellation of a credit card, though they have got it in writing on secure e-mail via their online banking website. I can see it in my sent box....
