Citi bank is a horrible bank. Not only have they stolen from multiple accounts but someone committed fraud on my mother's account; it has been over 3 months and citibank refuses to oay for it. They have overdrawn her two accounts and have refused to do anything about it. We have gone numerous times and nothing. They have proof that someone stole her check, clearly changed the numbers, went to...

I like the fact that the customer service is always up to par. However, the supervisor does interrupt the tellers quite a bit. It is very unprofessional to have one of the busiest branches close...
