Most Unprofessional Ghetto Staff That I Have Ever Seen

Unfortunately, I had a loan through this dump, and when I went there to pay on it, it took me nearly 20 minutes to even get service, the entire staff looks as if they just left rehab, talking on their cell phones whenever they please, loud, ghetto, and just plain unprofessional.
