Poor set up : I can not find anything. CD's, DVD's and games are all stacked on top of each other and most dont have prices.
The sale items they advertise in the ad, half of them are not even at the store. They told me just because its in the ad does not mean we carry it.

DO NOT apply for their credit card unless you are prepared to be a victim of identity theft. While in the process of being approved for their card, they left my application out for another customer to walk off with - which is EXACTLY what happened. (SSN, account info, ect). To top it off they were not cooperative until AFTER I had the police show up and even now I have yet to hear back from...

Circuit City offers a good but not overwhelming selection. Showrooms are medium in size, just enough to display the brand names customers know and respect, such as Hewlett-Packard and Sony. The store carries car and home audio equipment, television accessories (even satellite TV and broadband), cameras, computers and computer accessories, and music and movies. The staff is knowledgeable, but not annoyingly passionate about printing cartridges. When a product does not function correctly, customers can take it to the on-site service center.
