Others do not. I had my laptop repaired here and Im glad to report the actual technicians seemed to be able to fix it, but the go-betweens had no idea of what was going on. Same goes for the rest of the store.

This Circuit City has tons of employees working all the time, and by working I mean standing around talking to each other while I stare at a wall of TV's that all look the same blaring annoying Circuit City ads at me. I don't need the ad, I'm there. Plus the ad just makes you realize what you're not getting...good, helpful, friendly service. Cheap(er) DVD's and CD's though.
