You are greeted when you walk in, and there is a rack with the current sale paper available. There are knowledgable employees in every department. They offer dynamite sales periodically and it doesn't take long to receive your merchandise, no matter how large (of course it has to be in stock). A very pleasant shopping experience.

Sub-standard selection. I've had difficulty finding assistance on at least 3 occasions, and have now decided to just drive the extra distance to Best Buy instead.
